My Own Christmas Gift

So I decided to buy the sketch by Ika Natassa.
A kiss in New York.
Item purchased.
Can't wait to hang it on my wall.
Work smart = spend smart.

So I've been hunting this particular sketch by my favorite author, Ika Natassa.

And to my expectation, this piece is the most expensive sketch.
It cost IDR 2 million.
While the other sketches only cost either IDR 1 million or IDR 1,5 million.
I want it so badly.
I love the story of Alex and Beno.
But do this piece really worth the money?
Should I sent an email to order it?
I can consider it as a Christmas gift to myself.
Hmmmmm.

Random Thought

The love look.

It is the look you give for your loved ones.

The look that says I love you

I need you,

without the need to say a single word.

There was a time when my sister could tell that a guy like me

just because she saw the way he looked at me.

And yes, my sister was right.

He did like me and I didn't even notice it.

I miss it.

I miss getting the love look.

Which is most likely won't happen to me in the meantime.

A Perfect Weekend

because the laughter we are sharing is more than enough.

The Traveler

Every once in a while,

it is good to go to the places that you've never been,

forgetting all of your problems,

and just have fun,

taking tons of photos,

eating local food,

meeting up with new people,

getting new experiences.

So when I come back from each trip

I know I have learned a lot of things,

and my life will never be the same again,

because of the journey I've taken.

Favorite Author

My favorite author for the moment is Ika Natassa.

I've got two of her books.

Twivortiare and Antologi Rasa.

The love stories is just so surreal.

I love the way she creates personalities for her characters.

I even found a little of myself in the characters.

It is just amazing how she can put all those words together.

The words that represents how am I feeling.

So she decided to draw a sketch from various scene,

and made it into a 2013 calendar.

Me want the calendar.

The preorder hasn't started yet.

She will also sell the original sketch, framed, with her signature on it.

But the details of it hasn't been confirmed.

If I am lucky enough I want to get the kiss scene,

where the lead character from Twivortiare share a kiss at New York.

It's just so romantic.
